Chris Carman
Managing Director
With more than 40 years’ experience in land development and major civil engineering projects, Chris is passionate about creating a team environment to get the very best from people’s experience, knowledge and ideas. Regardless of the size of a project, his approach is as if it were his own.
Recognised as National Project Director of the Year in 2009, his out-of-the-box thinking and hands-on methodology enables him to overcome complex challenges. He possesses strong leadership qualities and experience to guide consultancy teams through all phases of government and private land development projects.
Specialising in detailed scope, risk, budget and schedule analysis and assessment, Chris also has comprehensive stakeholder management, procurement and contract administration experience.
Chris has been responsible for the successful delivery of some of the state’s most complex and significant development projects, including the flagship Joondalup City Centre and the multi award winning Mandurah Ocean Marina for LandCorp.
Chris is the immediate past president of the WA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Project Management and has served on the National Board of Directors. He has a Master of Project Management, a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
